طلاب البكالريوس والدبلومات المهنية من حقهم استكمال دراسات عليا أكاديمية
أعلن الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة كامبريدج للاستشارات والتعليم وكيل جامعة القاهرة بدولة الكويت المهندس يوسف النهام أنه بات من حق الطالب الحاصل علي البكالوريوس أو الليسانس المهني من جامعة القاهرة استكمال دراسته في نفس الكلية للحصول علي الدرجة الأكاديمية ماستر أو دكتوراة . ورحب النهام بالطلاب الجدد الراغبون في الحصول على درجة الدبلومات المهنية بالكويت ، مؤكداً أن كل من تقدم لكامبريدج بأوراقه بعد تاريخ 25 يناير سيستفيدون من قرار الحكومة الأخير . ووفقاً لعقد وكالة كامبريدج لجامعة القاهرة ، تمنح الجامعة للطلاب الكويتيون والأجانب والمصريون الدبلومات المهنية من كليات ( التربية طفولة – التجارة – دار العلوم – الإعلام – الزراعة ) .
وكان قرار لرئيس الوزراء المصري قد صدر بالجريدة الرسمية المصرية العدد 44 مكرر بتاريخ 25 يناير 2026 – بقرار وزاري رقم 267 لسنة – 2026 – قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء إضافة مادة الى بنود قانون تنظيم الجامعات بمصر بأن يمنح مجالس الجامعات بناء على طلب مجلس الكلية أو المعهد التابع لها الدرجات والدبلومات المهنية ، فتمنح درجات البكالريوس أو الليسانس المهني – الدبلوم المهني – الماجستير المهني – الدكتوراة المهنية وذلك في أحد التخصصات التي تحددها اللائحة الداخلية لكل كلية أومعهد. وأضاف النهام : بحسب نص قرار رئيس الوزراء ( مرفق صورة عنه ) يحدد المجلس الأعلى للجامعات الكليات والمعاهد التي يجوز لها منح تلك الدرجات والدبلومات بما يتفق وطبيعة الدراسة بها . وللطالب الحاصل على البكالوريوس أو الليسانس المهني أن يستكمل دراسته بذات الكلية أو المعهد للحصول على الدرجة الأكاديمية التي تمنحها الكلية أو المعهد وتخضع متطلبات الحصول عليها لما يحدده المجلس الأعلى للجامعات واللوائح الداخلية بالكلية . وأوضح أن القرار الأخير للحكومة المصرية لا يطبق على الطلاب الحاليون والخريجيون لأنهم مقيدون قبل صدوره ، لكنه سيشمل فقط الطلاب الجدد الذين سيتقدمون بعد صدور القرار ، هم فقط من يخضعون للنظام الجديد باعتباره تنظيما مستقبليا ولا يجوز تطبيقه علي القدامى وأن النظام الجديد سيكون به البكالوريوس أو الليسانس المهني والدبلوم المهني ودرجة الماجستير والدكتوراه المهنية ومن حق الطالب الحاصل علي البكالوريوس المهني أو الليسانس المهني أن يستكمل دراسته في نفس الكلية للحصول علي الدرجة الأكاديمية .
