في عالمٍ يتسارع نحو الانحدار بخطى تسبق الأعمال والأفعال، ظهرت التنمية المستدامة كصوت العقل في ضجيج التحديث ليست رفاهية للنخبة، ولا ترفًا بيئيًا، بل ضرورة وجودية تضمن لنا البقاء الكريم على كوكب واحد، تتقاطع فيه مصالح البشر والبيئة والاقتصاد.
ما هي التنمية المستدامة؟
يمكن تبسيط مفهوم التنمية المستدامة بأنها “تنمية تلبي احتياجات الحاضر دون أن تفرط في قدرة الأجيال القادمة على تلبية احتياجاتها” وبطريقة أخرى، هي محاولة لتحقيق التوازن بين النمو الاقتصادي، وحماية البيئة، والعدالة الاجتماعية.
فالتنمية التي تستهلك الموارد بلا حساب، وتقصي الضعفاء، وتلوث البيئة، ليست تنمية… بل انتحار حضاري مؤجل.
لماذا نحتاج إلى أهداف التنمية المستدامة؟
في عام 2015، اجتمعت الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة واتفقت على أجندة طموحة تُعرف باسم “أجندة 2030″، تتضمن 17 هدفًا و169 غاية، تهدف إلى القضاء على الفقر، وحماية كوكب الأرض، وضمان الرخاء للجميع.
ما يميز هذه الأهداف أنها مترابطة، لا يمكن إنجاح أحدها دون العمل على بقية الأهداف على سبيل المثال، لا يمكن القضاء على الجوع (الهدف 2) دون تحسين البنية التحتية الزراعية (الهدف 9)، ولا يمكن تحقيق صحة جيدة (الهدف 3) دون ضمان مياه نظيفة وصرف صحي (الهدف 6).
لمحة عن بعض الأهداف:
الهدف1: القضاء على الفقر: لأن الفقر ليس فقط نقصًا في المال، بل نقصًا في الفرص والكرامة والعدالة.
الهدف2: القضاء التام على الجوع: ليتحول الغذاء من سلعة إلى حق إنساني.
الهدف3: الصحة الجيدة والرفاه: فلا تنمية دون جسد سليم وعقل آمن.
الهدف4: التعليم الجيد: لأنه الاستثمار الوحيد الذي يضاعف العائد دون أن ينضب.
الهدف13: العمل المناخي: لأن الأرض لا تتحدث… لكنها تختنق، وتحترق، وتفيض.
التنمية المستدامة ليست مسؤولية الحكومات فقط
ربما نظن أن تحقيق هذه الأهداف هو شأن سياسي أو دولي، لكن الحقيقة أن لكل فرد، ومؤسسة، ومجتمع محلي، دور لا غنى عنه سواء كنت طالبًا، أو معلمًا، أو ربة منزل، أو رائد أعمال، فأنت جزء من الحل أو جزء من المشكلة.
عندما تقلل من استهلاك البلاستيك، فأنت تساهم في الهدف 12 (الاستهلاك المسؤول).
وعندما تدعم تعليم فتاة، فأنت تعزز الهدف 5 (المساواة بين الجنسين).
وعندما تُطلق مشروعًا يُوفر فرص عمل، فأنت تُعزز الهدف 8 (العمل اللائق والنمو الاقتصادي).
التنمية المستدامة في زمن الأزمات
في ظل الحروب، وتغيّر المناخ، والأزمات الاقتصادية، قد يظن البعض أن التنمية المستدامة ترف لم يعد له وقت لكن الحقيقة العكس تمامًا: الأزمات تُثبت حاجتنا للتنمية المستدامة أكثر من أي وقت مضى، لأنها تمنحنا بوصلةً في زمن الفوضى، وأملًا في زمن الانقسام، وخطةَ إنقاذٍ جماعية للبشرية.
في النهاية العالم ليس إرثًا من الآباء، بل أمانة للأبناء فحين نُحدث تغييرًا مستدامًا، فنحن لا نبني مشاريع، بل نصنع حضارة التنمية المستدامة هي الطريقة التي نُعانق بها الغد دون أن نخدش الحاضر، وهي الامتحان الحقيقي لإنسانيتنا في زمنٍ يُقاس فيه التقدم بأرباح السوق لا بجودة الحياة. فلتكن التنمية المستدامة ثقافة، وسلوكًا، وخيارًا نعيشه ولنرفع شعار (كن أمميا) ونقول دائما كن مسئولا عن نفسك تكن أمميا في مجتمعك
