بعنوان القيادة والإدارة التربوية ، شاركت المستشار التربوي بالمنظمة العربية المتحدة للبحث العلمي مدير التدريب بمركز لندن للبحوث أ. سارة كميخ العازمي في المؤتمر العلمي الدولي المعنون بـ ” الابتكار التعليم 2025 ” المقام في فندق ردايسون بلو بجدة ، وقالت العازمي في خلاصته : نظرًا لتغير وظيفة المدرسة وزيادة مسئوليتها امتد دور مديرها او مديرتها اليوم ليكون قائداً تعليماً يبني خططاً استراتيجية في ضوء رؤية علمية مستقبلية ، تهدف إلى رفع مستوى التعلم لدى الطلاب والطالبات ، والإسهام في تجويد عملية التدريس ، وتوفير فرص النمو المهني لمنسوبي ومنسوبات المدرسة ، وبناء القرارات المحاسبية وفق معلومات صادقة . كما أصبح قائداً مجتمعياً يعي دور المدرسة في المجتمع ، ويشارك القيادات واولياء الامور في تجويد عملية التربية . كما أضحى – أيضاً – قائداً ذا رؤية علمية يستطيع من خلالها أن يستثمر طاقات المجتمع المدرسي ، ويرفع روح الالتزام والإنجاز في الآخرين ، ويؤمن باستثمار قدرات جميع الطلاب والطالبات وتنميتها للوصول إلى أعلى المستويات بالإضافة الى طبيعة التغيير المستمر للمجتمع المدرسي وتأثره بالمتغيرات المتنوعة المحيطة والتي تؤثر في الطلاب ورسالة المدرسة .
لذا ، يجب أن يمتلك مدير المدرسة المهارات القيادية والإدارية المناسبة بهدف توجيه المدرسة ، واتخاذ القرارات الحكيمة ، والقيام بالإجراءات العملية ، التي يجب أن تستند إلى معلومات عملية وتربوية مناسبة .
وأوضحت العازمي في نهاية بحثها أن المدير لابد له من فهم عميق لقدرات وطاقات ودوافع وحاجات البشر الذين يتعامل معهم، ومحاولة استثمار كل هذه الإمكانات لحفزهم على العمل بروح الفريق لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة وتوفير البيئة المنتجة التي تسودها علاقات انسانيه وقيم فاضله وشخصيا اجد ان هناك هرمين يؤثرن في الاداء المدرسي ولابد ان يدركهما مدير المدرسة حيث انهم اثروا كثيرا على العملية التعليمية والقيادة التربوية وهما هرم بلوم لتصنيف مهارات التفكير وهرم ماسلو للاحتياجات الإنسانية, في علاقاته وتعاملاته مع منسوبي المدرسة. ولكن قائد المدرسة المسلم الواعي سيجد في سيرة هادي البشرية النموذج الامثل وفي قول الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم (لا يؤمن احدكم حتى يحب لأخي ما يحب لنفسه) عدة قيم ودروس حين يستشعرها مدير المدرسة ستكسبه مهارات تعامل انسانيه مؤثره . ومن الضروري أن يمتلك مدير المدرسة رؤية واضحة للمدرسة التي يديرها ويفهم الترابط بين أجزائها ونشاطاتها، وبالتالي يتكون لديه فهم واضح لعلاقات جميع الموارد البشرية في المدرسة من (معلمات – طالبات – عاملات –– اداريات، وجميع أعضاء المجتمع المحلي . كذلك يجب أن يكون هناك تصور واضح لعلاقة المدرسة بالمجتمع المحلي، إضافة إلى معرفة واضحة بأوضاع هذا المجتمع التشريعية، الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية .
